Here the not successful and/or ready drawings became into use as some paper just for writing text... Now I am happy I didn't throw them away...
Don't read the text if you are not too curious... However, they are in Finnish...
In fact as a schoolgirl I liked a lot handwriting and can remember how we did some very old fashioned letters with black drawing ink... This remains me of Asian Calligraphy as well as the role of an artist connected with that...
But when does a pupil's self-theraping process and period in making some "art-works" during some art-education turn to become some more universal work of art - eg a piece of real art and he or she a Somebody who can call him- or herself an artist? Who can call him- or herself an artist - is it just because of some education one has got?
Is there anyone interested in analyzing people's handwritings? I would be very much interested in case someone told me something about my handwriting. However, I have very many different styles depending on the situation, where I write, what I write, how fast do I have to write etc...
So these are my own examples of some self- and home-made "art-therapy", but I have no idea if they could be art... When I started doing this I didn't at all think I was therapying myself at the same time, And when practicing some "art" is just nothing but self-therapy, maybe most of the time?
