Fools having a meeting...

Black ink on water color paper size 30 x 38 cm. Made of the pencil drawing below on copy paper size A4.

Maybe the meeting is kept in some horror-house of this kind...

Black ink on water color paper, size 25 x 35 cm.

Would it be better children run this world and were the managers waiting in some conference restaurant others to come and the meeting to start...

Pencil drawing on paper and not even the size of A4. Drawn maybe about some 30 years ago.

My only self-portraits...

Guess how these are made!

These are my first and only self-portraits if not in count the drawing in oils about 30 years ago.

They are drawn on some two-evenings course in Taidehalli in Helsinki in 2015.

Drawn with black ink and with some water color on water color paper size A4.

My poor attempt to a self-portrait with oil-paint in 1990...

This is my only self-portrait and I like it because I think it looks like me in times when it is made. It is only a drawing with some left-over oil-paint and drawn in 1990.

I have problems with oil-painting as I don't have a studio of any kind and the oil-paint takes about two weeks to dry and makes your every corner dirty. That is even the reason why I have not been painting with oil-paint almost at all but mostly done some drawing with drawing ink and pencil.

I am also wondering why oil-paintings could not be put into some frames with glass... I have put some tiny ones I like into frames so that they don't disappear among other works of mine...

This is a photo from 2014 and those times I didn't have an iPhone. So all my photos in this blog are taken with some Nokia C2-01 mobile phone that I then liked a lot... Now that mobile isn't almost working any more... And I know I in fact need some proper camera, too. However, I can see some advantage in not having too good photos in this blog of mine.

Experiments in black Indian Ink...

 In summer 2020.

Experiments in black Indian Ink and brown Pelican Sepia Ink...

I had still left some bottles of brown Pelican Sepia Ink (15) already about 30 years old and with which I liked to draw on Schöllerhammer water color paper. Some strange things used to happen when I poured some water on my works and I liked that. That Sepia Ink is not to get anywhere any more.

Now that water color paper is not to get anywhere either. But I took some old works of mine and tested on them if the old Sepia Ink was already spoiled or if it still worked... and it doesn't work any more... This is a pity! This was my special those times about 30 years ago...

Now when that brown ink is not to get anywhere I have turned to use the black Indian Ink but it is an other kind of a matter. I had about 47 old works on Schöllerhammer paper I could use to draw on the back side of the paper with the black Indian Ink... but the wonderful things don't happen with black ink...

These things I did in summer 2020...

Roses from the florists...

 Roses are difficult to draw.
